Will my guests really take part?

That’s exactly why there’s no app or account — every extra hurdle costs you contributors. One scan and your guest is already sharing photos. Put the live slideshow up on a screen and you’ll watch the album fill up, which naturally draws everyone in. Do guests really not need to install an app, not even gran and grandad?

That’s right — nobody has to install anything or create an account. Your guest points the camera at the scan code, taps the notification that appears, and can share photos straight away. That’s precisely why gran and grandad join in with no trouble at all.

What if the wifi at the venue is poor?

We’ve allowed for that. Photos are neatly queued and uploaded the moment there’s a connection again, including over 4G or 5G. Your guests won’t notice a thing and nothing gets lost.

What about privacy and GDPR?

Your album is private and only reachable via your own code. All photos and videos sit on European servers and are processed in line with GDPR. You decide who can see it, and you can remove anything at any time.

How long can we view the album?

The album stays online for as long as your plan states — 12 months on Compleet and 3 years on Premium. More importantly, you download everything in full quality to your own phone or computer. Those photos and videos are yours forever, even after the album goes offline.

What does it cost, and are there hidden fees?

You pay once, from 49 euros for Basis up to 149 euros for Premium. No subscription, no per-guest fees and no surprises down the line. What you see is what you pay.

How does the money-back guarantee work?
