So your dashboard has print material ready: fill in your names and the date, pick a colour and download it as a PDF to print, at home or at a print shop. There's a poster for the entrance, table cards (four to a sheet, cut them out and fold into a tent), a square sign for the bar and small cards for your invitations. Print every piece as often as you like, so as many sheets as you have tables. Your QR code, the line that explains it to your guests and your album link are already on there, so a guest who'd rather not scan can simply type that link. And this comes with every plan. One practical note: the PDFs are sized A4, so on Letter paper set your printer to "fit to page" and everything lands correctly. Want to design it entirely yourself, in Canva or at your print shop? Then just download the QR code and drop it into your own card.

Yes, and honestly the videos are often what you treasure most afterwards: the speeches, the first dance, the silly moments on the dance floor. Guests upload videos exactly like photos, through the same scan. Every plan comes with generous video time: 1 hour on Basis, 3 hours on Premium and 6 hours on Premium Luxe.

A fair question, since you're sharing personal moments. Your album is private: you open it by scanning the QR code or via the share link you send out yourselves. Only people you give that code or link to can see it. Your photos and videos are stored on European servers under the GDPR, Europe's privacy law — a stricter standard than PIPEDA asks for — and you can remove anything at any time.

Once, and that is it. Pixavo is not a subscription: you pay one time for your album and that is all. No monthly costs, no automatic renewal, nothing to cancel later. What you choose is what you pay.

Very familiar, almost every guest list keeps growing after the first draft. If a few more guests join on the day than planned, we charge nothing extra. If a bigger plan fits better, you simply upgrade, even after purchase: send an email to support@pixavo.nl and we move your album over, you only pay the difference. Your album, photos and settings all stay exactly as they are.

Simple, and it works at two moments. In the first fourteen days after your purchase you can cancel for any reason: email support@pixavo.nl and you get the full amount back, no questions asked. (We sell from the Netherlands under Dutch law, which gives every buyer that fourteen-day right — so it is not a favour, it is the deal.) After that our satisfaction guarantee applies: if your album stays empty, or you are not happy after the wedding day for any reason, you get the full amount back. We only ask that you gave the album a fair chance: that you shared the QR code or the share link with your guests, so they could contribute. One email within fourteen days of the wedding is enough.
