Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. For up to fourteen days after your purchase you may cancel the order without giving a reason. Here is how that works at Pixavo.
The cooling-off period
The cooling-off period is fourteen days and starts on the day of your purchase. Within that period you may cancel the agreement without giving a reason and at no cost.
How to withdraw
Let us know within the cooling-off period that you want to cancel. An email to support@pixavo.nl is enough; you may also use the model form at the bottom of this page. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal.
Refund
After your withdrawal we refund the full purchase amount, within fourteen days at the latest, using the same payment method you paid with. There are no costs to you.
And after the cooling-off period?
If your wedding already fell within those fourteen days, or you are dissatisfied later, you can always fall back on our satisfaction guarantee: not happy after the wedding day means your money back. The details are in the terms and conditions.
