At first we thought about disposable cameras on the tables, but I found it quite expensive and didn't know how many good photos we'd end up with. So we used Pixavo and put out a few cameras as well, just for fun. The digital album ended up being one of my favourite parts, because guests started adding photos and videos during the party and afterwards we had hundreds of images. There were so many funny and beautiful moments among them that our photographer of course couldn't capture all of. What you get
Do we also get printable tent cards and posters with our QR code?
Yes. And it’s a fair question, because a bare QR code is not a tent card yet. Almost every couple wants something they can put on the table that matches the rest of the day. So your dashboard has print material ready: fill in your names and the date, pick a color and download it as a PDF to print, at home or at a print shop. There’s a poster for the entrance, tent cards for the tables (four to a sheet, cut them out and fold), a square sign for the bar and small cards for your invitations. Print every piece as often as you like, so as many sheets as you have tables. Your QR code, the line that explains it to your guests and your album link are already on there, so a guest who’d rather not scan can simply type that link. And this comes with every plan. One printer tip: choose "fit to page" and every piece lands correctly on Letter paper. Want to design it entirely yourself, in Canva or at your print shop? Then just download the QR code and drop it into your own card.
Can we see or try it first?

Can guests share videos too?
Yes, and honestly the videos are often what you treasure most afterwards: the speeches, the first dance, the silly moments on the dance floor. Guests upload videos exactly like photos, through the same scan. Every plan comes with generous video time: 1 hour on Basic, 3 hours on Premium and 6 hours on Premium Plus.
Can we use Pixavo for another celebration too?
Of course. Any celebration with guests works: a birthday, an anniversary, a baby shower or a farewell. The wedding wording in the app is default text; your guests’ photos and videos flow in just as easily. One scan, one shared album. You do create a separate album for each celebration.

Will my guests really take part?
Almost every couple wonders about this, and rightly so: it feels daring to rely on your guests. In practice nearly everyone joins in, precisely because there’s no app or account. One scan and your guest is already sharing photos. Put the live slideshow up on a screen and you’ll watch the album fill up, which naturally draws everyone in.
What if the wifi at the venue is poor?
Fair worry: at a lot of venues the Wi-Fi sags exactly when everyone starts sharing at once. That is why Pixavo uploads in pieces. If your guest picks a photo while the signal is gone, it is stored safely on their phone right away and goes in by itself as soon as there is a connection, over cellular data too. If the connection drops mid-upload, it picks up where it left off. All your guest does is keep the page open until their photos are in.
Can guests see each other’s photos? And can we remove photos?
Guests with the code see the shared album, and that is exactly the charm: everyone experiences the day through each other’s eyes. And you stay in control: as the owner you remove any image at any moment, including from the live slideshow.
Your photos and privacy
Can we download the photos and keep them?
Yes, everything is and stays yours. Afterwards you download the complete album as a zip file in one click: every photo as the original file, exactly as your guests uploaded it, and every video in high quality. Put them on your own drive or in the cloud and you keep them forever, also once the online album closes.
How long can we view the album?
Your album can be viewed online according to your package: Basic for 6 months, Premium for 12 months and Premium Plus for 3 years after the wedding date. More importantly, you download everything in full quality to your own phone or computer. Those photos and videos are yours forever, even after the album goes offline.
Until when can guests upload after the wedding?
For as long as your album is online. The loveliest images tend to arrive in the days after the wedding, when guests go through their photos at home. Send a thank-you with the link the day after the party, and your album keeps growing by itself.
How private are our photos?
A fair question, since you are sharing personal moments. Your album is private: it opens with the QR code or the share link you send out yourselves, so only the people you give it to can see it. Your photos and videos are held to Europe’s privacy law, a stricter standard than US law requires, and you can delete a single photo, or the whole album, whenever you want.
Price and peace of mind
Do we pay once, or is it a subscription?
Once, and that is it. Pixavo is not a subscription: you pay one time for your album and that is all. No monthly costs, no automatic renewal, nothing to cancel later. And no sales tax is added at checkout: what you see on the card is what you pay.
Does a package cover one celebration or several?
One celebration. You pay once per album: one QR code, one feed, one download that belongs to that day. If there is another party a week later, you create a new album for it. Emptying an album and reusing it is not possible, and that is on purpose: two celebrations mixed together turn two stories into one pile. Your first album simply stays online for as long as your package says.
What if more guests end up coming than we expected?
Then nothing changes for you. Every plan takes unlimited guests, so a longer list costs you nothing extra. What differs between plans is how much video fits and how long your album stays online, and you can move up to a bigger plan even after buying: email support@pixavo.io and you pay only the difference. Your album, photos and settings all stay exactly as they are.
Can we reach you if we need help?
A fair question for something as important as your wedding day. Before, during and after the wedding you can reach us at support@pixavo.io. On the day itself the album runs entirely by itself: guests scan their code and everything appears live. And if you have a question, we pick it up right away.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Simple, and it works at two moments. For the first fourteen days after you buy, you can cancel for any reason: email support@pixavo.io and you get every dollar back, no questions asked. After that our satisfaction guarantee takes over: if your album stays empty, or the day is behind you and you are unhappy for any reason, you get the full amount back. All we ask is that your guests got a fair shot at it, meaning you shared the QR code or the share link. One email within fourteen days of the wedding is enough. It is written out exactly like this in our terms.
