Are there any costs afterwards?
A fair question, because many services run on subscriptions or charge per guest. With Pixavo you pay once for your plan and that is it. Even if your album gets busier than expected, the price stays the same.
What if more guests show up than planned?
It happens more often than you would think, and it is no problem at all. The guest counts are guidance for picking the right plan, not a hard limit: if a few more guests join in on the day itself, we charge nothing extra. And if you already know a bigger plan fits better, you simply upgrade, even after purchase, and only pay the difference.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices include 21% VAT: the amount on the card is the amount you pay. Basis costs €59.00, Premium €89.00 and Premium Luxe €149.00.
How long does the album stay online?
It depends on your plan: 6 months with Basis, 12 months with Premium and 3 years with Premium Luxe. You can download the whole time, and what you download stays yours forever.
What if our album stays empty?
We understand that doubt, it is the question almost every couple asks. That is why the risk sits with us: give your guests a fair chance with the QR code, and if your album still stays empty, you get your money back.
