Are there any costs afterwards?
A fair question, because many services run on subscriptions or charge per guest. With Pixavo you pay once for your plan and that is it. Even if your album gets busier than expected, the price stays the same.
What if more guests show up than planned?
It happens more often than you would think, and it costs you nothing. Every plan takes unlimited guests, so a growing list never changes your price. What differs between plans is how much video fits and how long your album stays online, and you can move up to a bigger plan even after buying, paying only the difference.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices include VAT at your country's rate: the amount on the card is the amount you pay, and nothing is added at the last step. Basic costs €59, Premium €89 and Premium Plus €149.
How long does the album stay online?
It depends on your plan: 6 months with Basic, 12 months with Premium and 3 years with Premium Plus. You can download the whole time, and what you download stays yours forever.
What if our album stays empty?
We understand that doubt, it is the question almost every couple asks. That is why the risk sits with us: give your guests a fair chance with the QR code, and if your album still stays empty, you get your money back.
